Our services are currently 100% operational. The outage is resolved. We will continue monitoring the performance closely.
While our service is now fully operational, the performance is not yet at 100% our average response times.
That said, regular workflows can now be resumed.
The main issue is partially resolved and the service has started to respond to requests once again. However, the service might continue to be intermittent for the next 20-30 minutes while new DNS settings finish propagating.
We are still being affected by the global outage of an upstream DNS resolution provider which is preventing us from restoring the service.
We have initiated a backup plan to re-route traffic to a different provider which requires addditional time due to DNS propagation.
We are experiencing an outage due to an upstream vendor we depend on for DNS resolution. We are working to find resolution as soon as possible by removing said vendor service from our critical path in order to restore the service.
