Experienced Downtime
Today, our platform experienced 26 minutes of downtime from 10:14 EDT to 10:40 EDT.
The main Load Balancer for our production environment was stopped automatically by our cloud provider. At this time we don't yet know the reason.
Once it was identified that the issue was in our Load Balancer, service was promptly restored.
We are looking to identify the root cause over the day and implement additional monitoring strategies to strengthen our platform.
